Ever wondered what else you can do with your jar of our award winning salted caramel. Well look no further, our sweet, sticky and spicy marinade is the answer. This marinade is ideal on meat, chicken or fish..even some roasted carrots too!

Sweet and Sticky Salted Caramel Marinade 
This sweet and sticky marinade is perfect for smothering over baby ribs, chicken thighs or pork belly. 

3 tbsp of cutter & squidge sea salted caramel
1 tbsp miso paste
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 inch of ginger finely chopped
3 fresh chilies finely chopped
1 spring onion sliced

1) mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2) place your chosen meat in the bowl and make sure it is all covered
3) cover the bowl with cling film and place in fridge. leave to marinate for a minimum of one hour (it’s best over night!)
4) cook your meat as desired, we did ours in the oven until sticky and caramelised (your cooking time will depend on what meat you choose, their weight and your oven temperature)

optional extra: toast a teaspoon of sesame seeds and slice a spring onion – sprinkle over your cooked dish and serve!
