We use DPD overnight day service for nationwide shipping. DPD Standard Shipping (8am-8pm) is £6 and morning delivery is £9.90.
Nationwide orders are delivered Tuesday - Saturday and we dispatch parcels Monday - Friday.

If you are ordering to one of the below postcodes, your order will be sent on a two day service.
Please order for the day before to allow for extra time to receive your parcel i.e. your nominated date chosen should be 2 days prior to the intended date. If you require delivery in time for an event on a Saturday or Sunday, delivery has to take place on the Friday before. All treats will keep to be used over the weekend. Please therefore place your order for delivery on Thursday, so that it arrives on the Friday:

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey as well as HS, KW and ZE postcodes.

Please ensure that your nominated delivery date is shown on your confirmation email. If your nominated delivery date is not shown on your confirmation email, please e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know your preferred delivery date.
Once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments to your order. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you can edit or cancel the order yourself via the View your Order link for up to 30 minutes after you place your order. Otherwise you must notify us at least 2 whole working days before your order is due to be delivered by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org (to cancel) or email@example.com (to edit).
For next day deliveries, please note once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments to your order. If the order is yet to be processed you will have up to 2pm GMT to cancel. After 2pm GMT the day before delivery, we can no longer edit or cancel orders. It is at our discretion if we cancel and refund on the day prior to delivery and will be taken on a case by case basis.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered due to incorrect delivery information being entered at the checkout, if the recipient isn't home, or if your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own.
We have been impacted by supplier delays including to our bespoke packaging. Because of this your product may be packaged differently from the pictures on this site. We are working hard to minimise the impact but unfortunately we are unable to predict these delays.
