Menu Options
We cater for wheat-free (contains nuts), vegan and vegetarian diets, as well as wheat-free vegans. Our vegetarian menu and vegan menu are halal-friendly. Our standard menu also contains nuts. Please be advised that no other dietary requirements can be accommodated.
Whilst the upmost care is taken to ensure no contamination occurs, all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, egg, gluten, milk and soya, so all of our menus may have trace nuts and other allergens present. Please email us at hello@potionroomlondon.com if you require more allergen information.
Our Wheat Free menu has been produced without wheat/gluten, however as it has been made in an environment which handles gluten, we do advise that there may be trace gluten present.This menu is not suitable for severe gluten allergies and coeliac sufferers.
Everything on our menu is suitable for pregnancies! All ingredients such as milk and eggs are pasteurised, and there is no raw fish.
No. Please let us know well in advance about your dietary preference. We require at least 7 days’ notice (1 week) before your ticket date otherwise we cannot guarantee availability of your menu. To ensure availability of your required menu, you must tell us your choice of menu when purchasing your tickets as part of the booking process, or by email to hello@potionroomlondon.com.
About The Potion Room
No. The Potion Room is a completely new creation by Cutter & Squidge and it not based on any film or character and has no affiliation with any film or character.
We do serve alcohol, so please bring ID. Children's tickets are for ages 8 to 12 years, and anyone under the age of 18 MUST be present with a responsible adult.
My Order
No. The PDF attached to the email you receive after you complete your booking is your ticket. We are unable to provide a printed ticket.

No, sadly you cannot change the number of tickets but you can try and buy more. Just book it under the same name so we know to seat you together.
Cancellations & Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable.
No. Tickets are non-amendable and we cannot change the day or time of your booking.
No. We are unable to give you a credit note as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to book at a time suitable to you.
Young witches & wizards
No. We are very sorry, but we cannot allow any children below 8 years of age into the Potion Room. This is because the experience is interactive and is not suitable for young children and infants which may affect the enjoyment of other guests.
We have an age policy in place, as this experience is very interactive and deemed to not be suitable for ages younger than 8 years. Also, we are licensed to serve alcohol in the Potion Room, and we aren't eligible to be responsible for minors.
No. Unfortunately, although we completely understand how much children love the world of wizardry, we aren’t a child-only event and do require anyone under the age of 18 to be accompanied with an adult. Seating Arrangements
The Potion Room seats a maximum of 10 students per time slot, and tables are made up of desks that seat two persons. We allocate seats based on group size. This means you may not be directly next to each other, but we seat groups all together, so you won’t be placed on the other side of the room. The room is intimate, and tables are set like a classroom.
Due to the layout of the Potion Room, all guests will be sat in close proximity to each other, but you may not be sat next to each other. The Potion Room seats a maximum of 10 students per time slot, and tables are made up of desks that seat two persons. We allocate seats based on group size.
Large groups, hiring and packages
Each Potion Room class holds a maximum of 10 people at one time and you can buy all 10 tickets if they are available via our booking system.
The booking system is the safest and easiest way to assure large bookings as it shows availability in real time. If the system does not let you book all 10 tickets, then this means that they are not available, and you will need to pick another date.
We cannot accommodate for groups larger than 10 in one Potions Class due to the layout of the room and the experience.
If you wish to have the room just for you and your guests, you must purchase all 10 tickets for a date and time slot that has availability for it. The best way to find a suitable date is through our booking system, that shows availability in real time.
If the system does not let you book all 10 tickets, then this means that they are not available, and you will need to pick another date.

The only way to secure a spot is to buy tickets in advance online for the date and time chosen.
There is no required dress code, but we welcome those budding wizards and witches to get into character if they wish.
Sadly, our Potion Room does not have wheelchair access. Due to the historic nature of the building and the Potion Room being in the old basement accessed by stairs, we are unfortunately unable to provide wheelchair access.
No. We do have a space for coats and bags, but we do not have space for suitcases or prams.
Yes! We have a gift shop on our website, and also merchandise to purchase on the day in our café.
Yes. You can buy a gift voucher on our online gift shop. Vouchers last 10 months and can be bought for various ticket types. Tell your recipient to book as soon as possible to secure the time and date that they wish.
