Is this connected to any film or character?

No! The Potion Room is a completely new creation by Cutter & Squidge and it not based on any film or character and has no affiliation with any film or character.

How long will you be offering the Potion Room Afternoon Tea?

We will be running the Potion Room from the 3rd May 2018 to 30th October  2019!  Buy Tickets here.

Do you cater for any dietary restrictions?

We can cater for various dietary requirements, please see your menus here

The Wheat Free, Dairy Free and Vegan options contain nuts (almonds). All products are made in kitchens that handle nuts and therefore may be trace nuts. Please e-mail us at hello@cutterandsquidge.com if you require more information. 

If you have a serious allergy then we recommend emailing hello@potionroomlondon.com before purchasing your tickets.

Is the Wheat Free Menu suitable for coeliacs?

Our Wheat Free Menu has been designed without wheat but has been made in an environment which handles wheat. This menu is not suitable for gluten allergies and coeliac sufferers.

Can I let you know when we arrive in the day if I have a dietary preference? 

To ensure availability of your required menu, you must tell us when purchasing your tickets as part of the booking process or by Email to hello@potionroomlondon.com AT LEAST 1 week (7 days) before your ticket date. We cannot guarantee availability if you do not do this. 

Can I get a printed ticket?

 Due to system restrictions the email you will recieve after your purchase is made is your ticket. We are unable to provide a printed ticket.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Due to high demand we are sorry but we cannot offer gift vouchers as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to book at a time suitable to you! 

You can however buy tickets in behalf of someone else and Email us hello@potionroomlondon.com  at least 2 working days before the booking date and tell us who will be attending.

Can I have a refund?

Due to high demand we are sorry but all tickets are non-refundable once purchased. 

I didn’t get the ticket e-mail. What should I do?

Please wait 30 minutes and check your Spam/Junk email. If your e-mail has not arrived then please email us at hello@potionroomlondon.com

I’ve lost my ticket e-mail. Can I get it re-sent to me?

Can I change the day of my booking? 

Due to high demand we are sorry but you cannot change the day of your booking

Can I change the time of my booking?

Due to high demand we are sorry but you cannot change the time of your booking

Can I change the number of tickets in my booking? 

Due to high demand we are sorry but you cannot change the number of tickets but you can try and buy more here.

Can I get a credit note?

Due to high demand we are sorry that cannot give you a credit note as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to book at a time suitable to you.

Can I bring my baby? 

We are very sorry but we cannot allow any children below 8 years or infants,  this is because the experience is interactive and is not suitable for young children and infants which may effect the enjoyment of other guests.

Why are children under 8 years old not allowed? 

We are very sorry but we cannot allow any children under the age of 8years old to attend as the experience is interactive and unsuitable for them.

How do I secure a spot?

The only way to secure a spot is to buy tickets in advance for the date and time chosen. Please buy your tickets here!

Why can’t we sit together? 

Due to the layout of the Potion Room and the experience all guests will be sat in close proximity to each other but you may not be sat next to each other. The Potion Room seats a maximum of 15 students per time slot.

I want to come with a large group, what do I do?

Each Potion Room class holds a maximum of 15 people at one time and you can buy all 15 tickets if they are available via our booking system. The booking system is the safest and easiest way to assure large bookings as it shows availability in real time. If the system does not let you book all 15 tickets then this means that they are not available and you will need to pick another date.

We cannot accommodate for larger groups that 15 in one Potions Class due to the layout of the room and the experience.

Can I do a private hire of one entire Potions Class?

If you wish to have the room just for you and your guests, you must purchase all 15 tickets in a date and time slot that has availability for it. The best way to find a suitable date is through our booking system, that shows availability in real time. If the system does not let you book all 15 tickets then this means that they are not available and you will need to pick another date.

Is there a dress code?

There is no required dress code but we welcome those budding wizards and witches to get into character if they wish. 

Is there wheelchair access?

Due to the historic nature of the building and The PR being in the old basement accessed by stairs we are unfortunately unable to provide wheelchair access.
