Easter brings us all the tasty treats - and hot cross bun is a firm fave! This biskie is inspired by the toastiness and fruity flavours of the humble hot cross bun, with a swirl of vanilla buttercream flavoured with cinnamon, orange and sultanas, and a secret vanilla custard core. We then top this with a drizzle of dark chocolate, mixed peel and a cute carrot sugar cookie!
