Lemon Sponge: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, rapeseed oil, crème fraiche (MILK), skimmed milk (MILK), lemon extract, lemon zest, lemon juice and flesh, sugar, egg (EGG); Lemon Buttercream: sugar, butter (MILK), salt, vanilla bean, rice wine vinegar: water, rice, sugar, acetic acid, condensed milk (MILK), lemon extract: lemon juice and flesh, citric acid; Lemon Drizzle: sugar, lemon juice and fruit, lemon extract, citric acid; Lemon Curd: lemon juice and flesh, sugar; sugar, whole egg (EGG), WHEAT flour (GLUTEN); butter (MILK), salt, Candied Lemon Peel: lemon peel, sucrose, fructose, dextrose, maltose, potassium sorbate, citric acid; Gold; Mixed Petals.

Short shelf life (7 days)

If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge overnight to keep cool and fresh.

When you're ready to tuck in, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature; this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double cream-like texture, you know it's ready to eat! If you do not allow the cake to return to room temperature the sponge and buttercream will be hard and the flavours may be dulled.

The cake is protected with a card collar around the cake and boards on the top and bottom, which is then packed inside a biodegradable bag. This helps remove the cake easily from the tin without anything getting damaged.

Delivery starts from £6.99. We offer timeslots at the checkout for different prices depending on your area.

You can order your freshly made cakes and biskies up to 60 days ahead, and as little as ordering by 4pm the day before for next day delivery*. We make your products fresh to order with all natural ingredients in our London bakery. Cake collection is still not available at present.

*During busy periods we may not be able to take orders for next day, please check our calendar picker for dates

We deliver to the Mainland UK only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, as well HS, KW, ZE postcodes. Shipping cost is added at the checkout.

We are able to deliver to schools, please ensure you select an appropriate delivery time slot that accommodates the schools opening times. We currently are unable to deliver to hospitals.
