We are currently working with a limited kitchen team, so we are unable to make customisations to cakes, but everything you see on our website is available to order by 4pm GMT for next day delivery*.
We are regretfully unable to deliver to hospitals at present.
Our stores have opened, however cake collection is not yet available. We do hold a small amount of cakes in store, but the only way to guarantee a delicious Cutter & Squidge cake is to purchase online!
We delivery 7 days a week within the M25, and Mondays - Saturdays for all other UK mainland postcodes!
Delivery starts from a £6 all day delivery slot to £9.90 for a morning delivery.
We are currently practising no contact deliveries for our London Courier service. We will call you on arrival, so please keep your phone on hand. When you answer we will ask for your name to ensure a safe delivery, but we won’t ask you to sign using a handheld device.
You do need to be home for us to be able to deliver, or leave instructions for your goodies to be left with a neighbour or in a safe spot.
We are currently working with limited drivers and want to have everyone's orders delivered in good time. We kindly ask that you keep your phone handy to help make delivering your order as quick and easy as possible.
Our drivers will text you when you are the next delivery, this can be 40 to 5 minutes in advance depending on distance and traffic.
On arrival, our drivers will knock/ring your bell to deliver your order.
Please be home to accept your delivery, and keep your phone on hand as we may need to call you.
If no one is at home to receive the delivery:
- We will attempt to deliver to one of your neighbours, or we will leave the parcel at your doorstep.
- If your delivery fails because no one is at home to receive the item and the phone call from the driver is not answered, kindly note that a redelivery charge will apply.
If you are choosing something for nationwide delivery, we use DPD to post our goodies. We send out our parcels Sunday - Friday , for delivery Monday - Saturday.
We offer both standard delivery and priority delivery!
