Coronavirus - Delivery Update
Following the recent outbreak of Covid-19 in the UK, we’ve made a few changes to our delivery services to protect our drivers and our customers.
YES - WE ARE OPEN FOR ORDERS!
Our stores are currently closed, but our website is still open for orders!
We are currently working with a limited kitchen team, so we are unable to make customisations to cakes, but everything you see on our website is available to order with 2 working days notice.
Delivering 7 days a week
If you are based in London, you have the option of choosing your delivery date. However, we are no longer able to provide delivery time slots, and deliveries will be made on your day of choice between 8am - 8pm. If you need your order early in the morning, we recommend ordering it for the day before and keeping it chilled overnight (and take out 3 hours before eating!)
NO CONTACT DELIVERIES
We are currently practising no contact deliveries for our London Courier service. We will call you on arrival, so please keep your phone on hand. When you answer we will ask for your name to ensure a safe delivery, but we won’t ask you to sign using a handheld device.
If no one is available, we will endeavour to find a safe space to leave it, otherwise it will return to our bakery and re-delivery will need to be organised, at an additional £9 cost.
KEEP YOUR PHONE ON HAND
We are currently working with limited drivers and want to have everyone's orders delivered in good time. We kindly ask that you keep your phone handy to help make delivering your order as quick and easy as possible.
Your courier driver will be in touch 45 minutes before delivery, and also on arrival. Please keep your phone on hand in case we have trouble finding your address, or if there is no safe space for us to leave your order.
If you are choosing something for nationwide, we use DPD to post our goodies. Please note that services have been reduced and with ourselves we are working on a skeleton team, so your orders may take a little longer than normal to reach you. We appreciate your patience during this time.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered due to incorrect delivery information being entered at the checkout, if the recipient isn't home, or if your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own.
