We are currently working with a limited kitchen team, so we are unable to make customisations to cakes, but everything you see on our website is available to order with 2 working days notice.

We are regretfully unable to deliver to hospitals at present.

If you are based in London, you have the option of choosing your delivery date and timeslots. We deliver to any postcode within the M25 and our standard time slot is 8am - 8pm for £7.50. We also have 4-hour timeslots are available at a small extra cost.

We are currently practising no contact deliveries for our London Courier service. We will call you on arrival, so please keep your phone on hand. When you answer we will ask for your name to ensure a safe delivery, but we won’t ask you to sign using a handheld device.

If no one is available, we will endeavour to find a safe space to leave it, otherwise it will return to our bakery and re-delivery will need to be organised, at an additional £7.50 cost.

We are currently working with limited drivers and want to have everyone's orders delivered in good time. We kindly ask that you keep your phone handy to help make delivering your order as quick and easy as possible.

Your courier driver will be in touch 45 minutes before delivery, and also on arrival. Please keep your phone on hand in case we have trouble finding your address, or if there is no safe space for us to leave your order.

If you are choosing something for nationwide, we use DPD to post our goodies. We send out our parcels Monday - Friday, for delivery Tuesday - Saturday.
