You can order your freshly made products up to 9 months in advance (excluding flowers and limited edition goodies), and order by 4pm for next day delivery with DPD*. We also offer a letterbox delivery service with Royal Mail for single brownie box orders, our Letterbox gift range and selected flowers. Cake collection is not available at present. We recommend using our Premium delivery service for guaranteed next-day delivery within the M25**.

Free delivery on orders over £40
We offer free delivery Monday to Sunday for orders over £40 with DPD. This offer excludes special celebration cakes eg wedding and fully covered cakes which are only available for delivery via our Premium delivery service. Please see individual product page for delivery optionsavailable.  For orders under £40, our standard delivery fees apply. Please note  DPD is not a guaranteed nominated day service but it has a 95% delivery success rate and we recommend ordering for the day before a special date or using our Premium Delivery service which is guaranteed if the recipient is available. 

Royal Mail letterbox  & Royal Mail Parcel delivery
We  offer Royal Mail letterbox or Royal Mail Parcel delivery service for qualifying single item orders. Your order will arrive Monday - Sunday in 1-3 working days of the delivery date chosen at checkout when ordered before 2pm.  Royal Mail is not a guaranteed nominated day service. Orders cannot be dispatched on Sunday and Royal Mail do not deliver to certain areas on a Sunday.

PLEASE BE AWARE if you are ordering to one of the below postcodes for delivery via DPD your order will be sent on a two day service. The delivery fee for this service is £15.

Please order for the day before to allow for extra time to receive your parcel i.e. your nominated date chosen should be 2 days prior to the intended date. If you require delivery in time for an event on a Saturday or Sunday, we recommend delivery to take place on the Friday before.  Please therefore place your order for delivery on Wednesday, so that it arrives on the Friday.
