Our story so far...

 

Two sisters, Annabel and Emily Lui, were looking to make their mark on London’s baking scene with their innovative, natural bakes, and so Cutter & Squidge was born!

 

After selling at food markets and pop-ups, we opened our first permanent store in the heart of Soho in 2015, offering our flavoursome treats (including our iconic Biskie) and pioneering the immersive afternoon tea experience.

 

Designing a stylish new website in 2020, we now sell nationwide, striving to deliver happiness to homes across the UK with our artisan range of afternoon teas, cakes, brownies, and hampers. Never straying from our promise of baking fresh daily using premium, natural ingredients!

Reporting to the Planning & Operations Executive, this role is key to ensuring the smooth management of stock levels, minimising waste and maintaining a high standard of accuracy across our Warehouse and Production operations.

Food Safety Technologist

As we continue to grow, we remain dedicated to the highest standards of food safety and quality. We're seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Food Safety & Quality Technologist to uphold these standards. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet rigorous safety and quality requirements by implementing and monitoring food safety programs, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance documentation.
