FAQs

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE

Corporate service is only available for orders containing a minimum spend of £500 or orders being delivered to 10 or more addresses.

 

PERSONALISATION

The same gift note can be added to all parcels. Talk to our Concierge to see if personalised gift notes or other branding is an option. Click the button below to send an enquiry today!

PAYMENT

Payment can be made under pro forma invoice via bank transfer, or using a debit or credit card.


Payment is required at least 48 hours ahead of delivery, however for some orders payment may be required further in advance.

 

DELIVERY TIMING

Deliveries can be made on your nominated day between Monday-Friday. We strongly recommend delivery the day before any event for which the treats are required.

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We can cater for vegan, egg free, wheat free and nut free diets. All of our products are 100% vegetarian and we are Halal friendly.

 

DISCOUNT

Discounts on single address deliveries are automatically applied on basket sizes of £300 or more (excluding delivery). For multiple address deliveries please contact the team about discount options.

 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Most of our products can be delivered nationwide. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, as well as HS, KW and ZE postcodes. For more information click here.
