FAQs

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE

There is no minimum spend or minimum amount of addresses needed to use our multi-order corporate gifting service! There are only discounts available on orders over £300+ however.

 

PERSONALISATION

The same gift note can be added to all parcels, or you can write individual message per recipient. Talk to our Concierge to see if other branding is an option. Click the button below to send an enquiry today!

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using a debit or credit card. To pay with a pro forma invoice via bank transfer, please contact us first here.


Payment is required at least 48 hours ahead of delivery, however for some orders payment may be required further in advance.

DELIVERY TIMING

Deliveries can be made on your nominated day between Monday-Friday. We strongly recommend delivery the day before any event for which the treats are required.

We can also offer weekend delivery if required, however a higher delivery cost will apply.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We can cater for vegan (including egg and dairy free) and wheat free diets as well as having no-nut options. However, our products are not suitable for those with allergies due to being manufactured in the same bakery.

DISCOUNT

Automatic high spend discounts are automatically applied on basket sizes of £300 or more (excluding delivery). Other discounts (such as subscriber discount codes) cannot be combined with corporate discounts.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Most of our products can be delivered nationwide including Northern Ireland! We are unable to deliver to Channel Islands, as well as HS, KW and ZE postcodes. For more information click here.
