You can order your freshly made cakes and biskies up to 12 months in advance, and as little as ordering by 4pm the day before (2pm on Sunday for nationwide deliveries) for next day delivery*. We make your products fresh to order with all natural ingredients in our London bakery. We recommend using our Premium delivery service for guaranteed next-day delivery.

 

*During busy periods we may not be able to take orders for next day, please check our calendar picker for dates. Wedding Cakes have a 5 day lead time.

London Delivery (within the M25 radius)


Where, When, and How Much?

We can deliver all of our products anywhere in the M25. That's dream cakes, biskies, the lot!

 

We can courier our cakes and biskies direct to homes, restaurants, hotels and other venues within the M25 radius. We unfortunately cannot deliver to hospitals at present.

 

We are thrilled to announce that we now offer free delivery during weekdays for orders over £40 with DHL. This offer excludes celebration cakes delivered to London Postcodes only (Wedding, Covered & Naked Cakes). For orders under £40, our standard delivery fees apply. These start from £5.95 with DHL for an 8am - 8pm delivery slot.

Our premium service offers guaranteed delivery in the city, from £9.95 for an all day delivery slot to £16.95 for morning delivery, Monday to Sunday. Guaranteed delivery in refridgerated Cutter & Squidge vans.

We kindly ask that you keep your phone handy to help make delivering your order as quick and easy as possible.

About Our Deliveries

Our drivers will text you when you are the next delivery, this can be 40 to 5 minutes in advance depending on distance and traffic. On arrival, our drivers will knock/ring your bell to deliver your order.

 

IMPORTANT
You do need to be home for us to be able to deliver. Please be home to accept your delivery, and keep your phone on hand as we may need to call you.

 

If no one is at home to receive the delivery:

 

- We will attempt to deliver to one of your neighbours, or we will leave the parcel at your doorstep.

 

- If your delivery fails because no one is at home to receive the item and the phone call from the driver is not answered, kindly note that a redelivery charge will apply.


Is your order a surprise delivery for someone? Please let them know something is coming! We kindly advise that should nobody be available to accept the treats, the above will apply.


Nationwide Delivery


Monday to Saturday


We also offer free delivery to nationwide addresses during weekdays for orders over £40 with DHL. For orders under £40 or weekend slots, our standard delivery fees apply.


Our naked, covered and wedding cakes are not available to be posted nationwide, but we have smaller postable cakes and plenty of goodies and small treats that are perfect for gifts and events that can be shipped around the UK.

 

Please note some postcodes take longer to reach than others, and some areas we cannot deliver to. Please read more here.

All our products are packed safe according to the chosen delivery method.

Very rarely, we can be impacted by supplier delays including our bespoke packaging. If this occurs, your product may be packaged differently from the pictures on this site.

We pack the items tight inside the shipping box, that receives a Fragile sticker for extra care.

Treats Delivered

Cakes

Packed in specially made cardboard boxes, and handled by a specially trained courier to get them to you as nice as it left us!

Biskies

Packed in bespoke boxes made just for them, with individual slots.

Confirmation

We confirm every order by e-mail, so you can see full details and keep track of it.

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, first check your spam box to see if it got delivered there by mistake. If not, contact us at least 48 hours before your order is due to be delivered to confirm everything is alright.

Please ensure that your nominated delivery date is shown on your confirmation email.

If your nominated delivery date is not shown, please contact us and let us know your preferred delivery date.

Cancellation & Amendments

They can be made 48 working hours (weekdays) before your order is due. For shorter period, please contact us so we can understand if it's possible to help.

 

Please note once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.

 

If you have placed an order for next day delivery, you will have 30 minutes to make any changes (a link is on your confirmation email), however after that we are unable to cancel or change the order.
