You can order your freshly made cakes and biskies up to 6 weeks ahead, and as little as ordering by 2pm the day before for next day delivery*. We make your products fresh to order with all natural ingredients in our London bakery. Cake collection is still not available at present.

*During busy periods we may not be able to take orders for next day, please check our calendar picker for dates.

Of course we understand that you can have a sweet emergency, so if time is not on your side email us at hello@cutterandsquidge.com, and we’ll do our best to help you.

London Delivery (within the M25 radius)


Where, when, and how much?

We can deliver all of our products anywhere in the M25! That's dream cakes, biskies, the lot!

We deliver our fresh goods around central London, 7 days a week between 8am - 8pm. We can courier our cakes and biskies direct to homes, restaurants, hotels and other venues within the M25 radius. We unfortunately cannot deliver to hospitals at present.

Delivery starts from a £6 all day delivery slot to £9.90 for a morning delivery.

We are currently working with limited drivers and want to have everyone's orders delivered in good time. We kindly ask that you keep your phone handy to help make delivering your order as quick and easy as possible.

About our deliveries

Our drivers will text you when you are the next delivery, this can be 40 to 5 minutes in advance depending on distance and traffic. On arrival, our drivers will knock/ring your bell to deliver your order. Our drivers cannot leave with a neighbour or in a safe spot without written instructions as they are perishable goods, so please let us know in the delivery instruction box if you would like them left!

You do need to be home for us to be able to deliver, or leave instructions for your goodies to be left with a neighbour or in a safe spot.If no one is in, our drivers will also call on the number given. If a phone call is also unsuccessful, delivery will be rearranged for the next day.

Is your order a surprise delivery for someone? We kindly advise that should nobody be available to accept the treats, the order will return to us and be redelivered the next day.


Nationwide Delivery


Tuesday to Saturday

We use DPD to send our treats nationwide. We carefully package each item before leaving us, to make sure they’ll get to you safe and sound.

Our dream cakes and biskies are not available to be posted nationwide, but we have smaller postable cakes and plenty of goodies and small treats that are perfect for gifts and events that can be shipped around the UK.

Please note some postcodes take longer to reach than others, and some areas we cannot deliver to. Please read more here.

All our products are packed safe according to the chosen delivery method.

We have been impacted by supplier delays including to our bespoke packaging. Because of this your product may be packaged differently from the pictures on this site. We are working hard to minimise the impact but unfortunately we are unable to predict these delays.

Packed in specially made cardboard boxes, and handled by a specially trained courier to get them to you as nice as it left us!

Packed in bespoke boxes made just for them, with individual slots.

Confirmation

We confirm every order by e-mail, so you can see full details and keep track of it.

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, first check your spam box to see if it got delivered there by mistake. If not, contact us at least 48 hours before your order is due to be delivered to confirm everything is alright.

Please ensure that your nominated delivery date is shown on your confirmation email.

If your nominated delivery date is not shown, please contact us and let us know your preferred delivery date.

Cancellation & Amendments

They can be made 48 working hours (weekdays) before your order is due. For shorter period, please contact us so we can understand if it's possible to help.

Please note once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments to your order. If you have placed an order for next day delivery we are unable to make any changes once the order has been processed or after 2pm.
