When your total corporate cake order value reaches £300, a discount is applied automatically at checkout. No codes, no chasing. It just happens.
Yes. You assign items from your basket to each recipient individually, so every person on your list gets exactly what you intended.
Each recipient has their own delivery date, so you can send across as many days as you need. Useful for team birthdays, phased campaigns or any time your list does not all need their gift on the same day.
You can select a delivery method for each recipient separately during checkout, so if one person needs a premium courier and another is happy with standard delivery, you can set that per person.
Download our CSV template, fill in names and addresses across the rows and upload it directly to your order. Leave the column headings exactly as they are or the file will not upload correctly.
Our cut-off for next day delivery is 4pm. For larger volumes of business corporate gifts we always recommend ordering well ahead of that, particularly during busy periods, to make sure everything goes out smoothly.
Every order includes a free gift note — one message for all or a personal note for each recipient. For orders of 50 or more addresses, our branded printed card upgrade adds your company logo alongside your message at an additional cost.

Yes, but all changes must go through our customer service team as orders cannot be self-edited once placed. Contact us no later than 7 days before the delivery date and we will assist.
High-spend discounts apply automatically from £300 at checkout. £300 to £999 = 3%, £1,000 to £2,499 = 5%, £2,500 to £4,499 = 7%, £5,000 to £9,999 = 10%, £10,000 to £14,999 = 12%. No codes, no manual steps. This discount does not apply when gifts qualify for free delivery.
Yes, as long as you enter their email address or phone number when adding their details at checkout. If you provide recipient contact details, they will receive shipping confirmation and tracking updates as their order is fulfilled which will help avoid a failed delivery of your gift (but no price details). If you enter your own contact details under each recipient instead, you will receive the tracking notifications rather than them — so it is worth deciding in advance which works best for your order.
