  2. Browse and add everything you’d like to send. It can be the same gift for everyone or something completely different for each person, different quantities too.

  4. 2. At checkout, select Send to Multiple Addresses.  
  5. This brings you straight to the Send to Multiple Addresses page, where you set everything up for each person on your list.

  7. 3. Add your recipient addresses.  
  8. You can type each address in directly, or if you have a long list, download our CSV template, fill in the rows and upload it in one go. Just leave the column headings exactly as they are in the template or the file will not upload correctly.

  10. 4. Assign gifts to each recipient.  
  11. Pick what each person is going to receive from your basket. Everyone can get something completely different, which makes it easy to cater for different tastes, dietary needs or budgets across your list.

  13. 5. Choose a delivery method and date per person.  
  14. Set the same date for everyone, or a different one for each person. Handy for birthdays, when people are on different timelines, or when you just want to get the whole year’s gifting organised in one go.

  17. Write one message that goes to everyone, or take a moment to write something a little more personal for each recipient. Either way, your message is printed on a gift note and popped into every box at no extra charge.

  20. Pay once and your whole order is confirmed. Free delivery applies per recipient on individual gift totals over £50, and if your overall order reaches £300, a high-spend discount kicks in automatically where free delivery does not already apply. Nothing to calculate or claim.

 

 

Good to know before you start

Free delivery on gifts over £50 per person

Free delivery currently applies when an individual recipient’s gift total reaches £50, via DPD or Royal Mail. It is worked out per person rather than on your overall order, so if three out of five recipients have gifts over £50, those three get free delivery. The threshold may change, so it is always worth checking at checkout for the current figure.

 

High-spend discounts — applied automatically

The more you send, the more you save. When your total order reaches £300 and free delivery does not apply, a discount is added at checkout automatically. No codes to find, no boxes to tick.

Because you pick the product for each person individually, it is easy to make sure everyone gets something they can enjoy. Our range includes vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, vegetarian and halal-friendly options, and full allergen information is listed on every product page.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles the full range of UK-recognised allergens, so we are unable to guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contamination. They are not suitable for anyone with a severe allergy.

 

Tracking your deliveries

If you enter your recipients’ email address or phone number at checkout, they will receive a branded Cutter & Squidge tracking email as soon as their order is on its way, with their delivery address and courier link so they can keep an eye on things.

 

If you would rather receive all the tracking updates yourself, just enter your own contact details under each recipient. It is entirely your call.

A few questions we usually get

Can each person receive something different?

 

Yes. You assign items from your basket to each person individually, so one person can receive a birthday cake while someone else gets brownies and a third person gets a hamper. Different quantities too, all from the same order.

 

Can I send on different dates?

Yes. Each recipient has their own delivery date, so you are not locked into sending everything on the same day. Great for birthdays spread across the year, or whenever the timing needs to feel a little more personal.

What is the easiest way to add lots of addresses?

 

Download our CSV template from the page, fill in your recipients’ details across the rows and upload it at checkout. The template covers everything you need — name, address, delivery date, and email or phone for tracking. Just fill in the rows, leave the column headings as they are, and remove the example row before you upload.

 

Can I add a message to each gift?

 

Yes, and it is free with every order. Write one message for the whole list or something personal for each person — either way it is printed on a gift note and placed inside the box.

 

Does free delivery apply to each gift separately?

 

Yes. Free delivery is worked out per person, so it applies whenever an individual gift total reaches £50. The threshold may change so it is worth checking at checkout for the latest figure.

 

How do bulk discounts work?

High-spend discounts apply automatically from £300 at checkout when free delivery does not apply. The tiers are £300 to £999 gets 3%, £1,000 to £2,499 gets 5%, £2,500 to £4,499 gets 7%, £5,000 to £9,999 gets 10%, and £10,000 to £14,999 gets 12%. No codes, no manual steps.

Can I make changes after I’ve ordered?

 

Get in touch with our customer service team and we will sort any changes for you. We can amend orders up until midnight two days before the scheduled delivery date, so contact us as soon as you can.

 

Will my recipients get tracking information?

Yes, as long as you enter their email address or phone number when adding their details at checkout. They will receive a branded Cutter & Squidge tracking email with their delivery address and courier link. If you enter your own details instead, all the tracking comes to you rather than them.

What if my recipients have different dietary requirements?

 

Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. To look into any issue properly we will need photographs of the cake, confirmation that it was stored and handled in line with our guidance from the point of delivery, and where relevant a sample kept chilled and returned to us for analysis.

 

Is there a minimum order?

 

No minimum. You can send to two people or two hundred using the same process.
