A classic combination of ripe British strawberries, vanilla & cream makes this the perfect summer Biskie. Made with a creamy vanilla & strawberry filling, a handmade strawberry jam core and finished green tea crumb with a fresh strawberry on top for a delicious burst of flavour!
Blueberry Cheesecake
Inspired by the classic dessert our Blueberry Cheesecake Biskie is a crowd pleaser. It has layers of our tangy blueberry vanilla cheesecake filling, handmade chunky blueberry jam and a delicious slice of crunchy digestive in the middle. Hard to resist, right?
Salted Caramel Smore
We just cannot get enough of our sea salted caramel and apparently neither can you! One of our best selling biskies has salted caramel buttercream, a salted caramel marshmallow (gelatine free) and salted caramel sauce!
