Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf Life: Up to 7 days
Storage: Store your cake in the fridge overnight to keep cool and fresh.
Before serving remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature; this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double cream-like texture, you know it's ready to eat.
