Pistachio and Passionfruit Cake
Zingy passionfruit drizzled sponge layered with smooth, nutty pistachio buttercream and topped with pistachio icing. We finish this cake off by studding it with pistachios, freeze-dried raspberries, white chocolate pearls and 24 carat gold leaf.
Victoria Strawberry Sponge Cake
A British classic, our Victoria sponge cake has layers of moist fluffy vanilla sponge sandwiched with our own handmade strawberry jam, mouth-watering vanilla buttercream and white chocolate crispy pearls. Topped with dried strawberries, white chocolate crispy pearls and a dusting of strawberry powder.
Chocolate Fudge Caramel Cake
Moist and indulgent, this cake has the perfect balance of rich, sweet and salty. Sublime chocolate sponge, layered with a sweet salted caramel and chocolate fudge buttercream, it is finished with caramel fudge pieces and chocolate chips for a real treat for any sweet tooth!
Vegan Chocolate Fudge Cake

Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf Life: Up to 7 Days
Storage: If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge overnight.
When you're ready to tuck in, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature; this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double cream-like texture, you know it's ready to eat! If you do not allow the cake to return to room temperature the sponge and buttercream will be hard and the flavours may be dulled.
