Just a lil' heads-up to all wedding cake testers! Due to the weight differences between the types of sponges and the weight distribution of the tiers, we can't put carrot cake sponge on the bottom tier of a three tier cake and the bottom two tiers of a four tier cake because of its moist and soft structure. This is to make sure your cake arrives looking beautiful and stays perfectly displayed until you're ready to slice into it with your new husband or wife!
