What are the Cutter & Squidge Rewards benefits?
Join our cake-loving community and benefit from earning points for every pound you spend, with exclusive discounts and early access to our sales, product launches and limited edition cakes and treats.
How can I start earning points?
Earn points for every pound you spend by purchasing your favourite cakes and treats both online and in our Soho Café and Tea Room. Earn more points by actioning the activities listed in your rewards account and move up through the tiers as you earn more points. Please note, points unfortunately cannot be earned when you purchase a gift card or on purchases made using a gift card as the full payment method.
How do I check how many points and rewards I have?
Check your points balance and rewards available in your Rewards Club account.
How can I redeem my rewards?
For rewards, please select the reward you would like to redeem displayed under the "Your Rewards" section on this page. Points are redeemable at the checkout. Use the points scale at the checkout and select how many points you’d like to spend, please note you will need a balance of at least 100 points. To use your exclusive tier discount, a minimum spend of £35 applies
Can I use my points on all products?
You can redeem points on all your favourite Cutter & Squidge cakes and treats. Unfortunately, points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards and events such as The Common Room.
When do my points expire?
Your points will expire 12 months after your last order with Cutter and Squidge.
How do I refer a friend?
Share the love and refer a friend to Cutter & Squidge. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. Every time you refer a friend you earn from 1000 points and they will receive £10 off their first order! A minimum spend of £30 applies.
Log in to your Rewards Club account and head to Refer a Friend under "Earn Points". Click on the Refer a Friend button and there you will be able to share your unique url with your friends. The referred customer must use this link to make their purchase, a discount code will appear as a pop up when they click through the link to www.cutterandsquidge.com. The referred customer must use the voucher code at the checkout in order for the discount to be applied and the referral to be successful. Points are only awarded if the referred customer is a new customer and the customer's first purchase is equal to or over the minimum spend of £30. Please note, referral discounts and points cannot be applied retrospectively.
Can I earn points for my previous purchases?
You’ll start earning points on purchases made after joining Cutter & Squidge Rewards! If you’ve got a customer account with us already, you can start earning points on orders placed after 21/10/21.
Will I still earn points if I use a discount code?
Yes, your points will be calculated based on the order total after the discount has been applied.
When will my points be approved?
Points for purchases and referrals will be automatically approved 7 days after the purchase or referral is made.
What’s the difference between spendable and tier points?
Spendable points are the points you have earned for every pound you have spent and from any activities or referrals you have completed. These points are accumulated to gain access to tiers. Tier points are how many points are needed to join the succeeding tier.
How do I unlock Early Access?

How can I opt out?
We’re sad to see you go! We value your feedback, and would love to know where you think we can improve. Please email loyalty@cutterandsquidge.com to let us know that you’d like to leave the rewards club, and note that once your account has been deactivated all points will be void. Your Cutter & Squidge customer account with us will still remain active.
