Our afternoon tea hamper is best eaten within 2-3 days. If you wish to store it, pop everything (minus the tea) in an airtight container in the fridge. Take out the brownie and cake 1-2 hours before serving, these are best eaten at room temperature. Warm up the scones (180c for 5-7 mins), brew your tea and enjoy!

If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge overnight to keep cool and fresh.
When you're ready to tuck in, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature, this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft whipped double cream like texture, you know it's ready to eat! If you do not allow the cake to return to room temperature the sponge and buttercream will be hard and the flavours may be dulled.
Keep your clotted cream in the fridge to keep it fresh for longer!
Store your shortbread in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within a week.
