Three layers of chocolate sponge, stacked into a 1.5 litre bucket with a generous pour of dark and milk chocolate ganache between each one. Salted caramel runs through the middle alongside chunks of crunchy chocolate pieces, dark chocolate bound with chocolate crumb. On top: more chocolate, more chocolate pieces, and a scatter of milk chocolate spring shavings.
It's rich, it's oozy, and it's designed to be eaten straight from the bucket with whoever happens to be nearby. Spoons provided by you. Occasion optional.

Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf Life: up to 7 days
Storage: If you are not serving your cake straight away, make sure to store it in the fridge.
To enjoy your cake bucket at its best flavour and texture we recommend the following cake care; allow your cake to come to room temperature for 3-4 hours (but please make sure it's not left in a space that is too warm !)
Once the bucket doesn't feel cold to touch and is easily squeezed its ready to dig into!
If you don’t let your cake return to room temperature, the sponge will seem dry, the ganache will be hard and flavours dulled.
