Eat-on mess: A soft and supple vanilla sponge piped with a light, fruity and fun strawberry buttercream and filled in with some delicious strawberry jam (please note this flavour does not include custard).
Lemon: A beautiful vanilla sponge, piped with a refreshing, zingy lemon buttercream and delightful curd!
Raspberry: A soft, vanilla sponge with a delicious raspberry buttercream and mouth-melting raspberry jam!
Double Choc Salted Caramel: A lovely, luscious chocolate sponge glazed with a lip-smacking chocolate buttercream and some salted caramel, this cake is a showstopper!
Hazelnut & Choc: Who doesn’t love a gooey chocolate cake and this one is all that and more. With a chocolate sponge, oodles of hazelnut buttercream and a lush chocolate hazelnut spread, this cake is what dreams are made of.
Carrot: A lovely moist carrot sponge, with a smooth cream cheese buttercream and oodles of vanilla buttercream, this cake makes for a stand-out flavour choice!

Just a li'l heads-up! Due to the weight differences between the types of sponges and the weight distribution of the tiers, we can't put carrot cake sponge on the bottom two tiers because of its moist and soft structure. This is to make sure your cake arrives looking beautiful and stays perfectly displayed until you're ready to slice into it with your new husband or wife!

Shelf Life & Storage
Short shelf life (3 days)
If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge overnight to keep cool and fresh.
When you're ready to tuck in, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature; this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double cream-like texture, you know it's ready to eat! If you do not allow the cake to return to room temperature the sponge and buttercream will be hard and the flavours may be dulled.

A note about colour:
As we use all natural ingredients to colour, you may find colours change. Colour from fruits such as raspberries and blueberries have a chemical reaction to the baking soda in the sponge, turning little parts of it a slight blue/green colour.
This is perfectly natural, completely harmless, and doesn't affect the flavour! To find out more, look up anthocyanin.
This effect is common in our Raspberry and Eat On Mess flavours.
