Layers of vanilla sponge, filled with handmade peach jam, a strawberry cheesecake frosting made with real cream cheese, and a peach cheesecake buttercream that's fruity and creamy in equal measure. The top is piped with pastel buttercream in green, yellow, blue and pink, finished with sliced strawberries and scattered rainbow petals.
A celebration cake that looks like it walked straight out of a Miffy picture book and tastes like summer.

Plain flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), Greek style natural yoghurt (MILK), sugar, full fat soft cheese (MILK), pasteurised free range liquid whole EGG, unsalted butter (MILK), rapeseed oil, sweetened condensed MILK(MILK, sugar), icing sugar, whole MILK powder (whole MILK, lactose), peach slices (peach, grape juice from concentrate, citric acid), water, apricot slices (apricot, water, grape juice from concentrate), baking powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; carrier: WHEAT flour), diced green apple pieces, freeze-dried strawberry powder, lemon fruit puree (lemon juice and flesh 86.9%, sugar), rice vinegar, clear blossom honey, glucose syrup, pectin, freeze-dried raspberry powder, lemon yellow colour (safflower, lemon, water, maltodextrin, citric acid), pink powder (beetroot, carrot, water, maltodextrin, citric acid), fine sea salt, vanilla pods, citric acid, freeze-dried diced strawberry, green colour (turmeric, spirulina, water, sucrose syrup, maltodextrin, citric acid), rainbow petal mix (Rosa centifolia, Centaurea cyanus, Tagetes erecta), blue colour (spirulina, water, sucrose syrup, maltodextrin, citric acid), peach flavouring (flavouring substances, propylene glycol), vanilla seeds.
Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf life up to 7 days.
If you are not serving your cake straight away, make sure to store it in the fridge in its protective bag or an airtight container.
To display and enjoy our cakes at their best flavour and texture we recommend the following cake care; remove both the white and clear collars whilst your cake is still cold (ideally as soon as it is taken out of the fridge), then allow your cake to come to room temperature for 3-4 hours (but please make sure it's not left in a space that is too warm !) This may take a shorter or longer time depending on the temperature of your room.
Once the buttercream has a soft, whipped double cream like texture your cake is ready to eat!
If you don’t let your cake return to room temperature, the sponge will seem dry and the buttercream will be hard and flavours dulled.
How your cake arrives
Your cake will arrive in one of our cake boxes - Dimensions: 235 x 215 x 217. The box will contain ice packs to keep the cake cool and fresh.
This cake does not include or arrive in our cutter and squidge embossed tin.
