Mini Lemon Berry Cake: ground almonds (NUTS), tapioca starch, potato starch, rice flour, chickpea flour, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, lemon zest, lemon extract, OAT milk, apple puree, vanilla bean paste, lemon juice, sugar; vegan lemon buttercream: vegan block: (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), flavouring, vitamins A and D, colour (carotenes), lemon extract, rice vinegar, sugar, golden syrup, Hydrangea Dried Petals, Freeze dried Raspberry, Freeze dried Strawberry.

Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf Life: 7 Days
Storage: Pop in an airtight container and place in the fridge to keep them fresh for longer.
Take out your brownies and loaves 1-2 hours before serving, these are best enjoyed at room temperature.
Warm up the scones at 180 for 5-7 mins.
