Description
This perfect party cake is a celebration of all things fun! Our modern twist on a rainbow layered cake, this cake is inspired by our old colouring books, because we don’t like to stick to the lines.
Slice open for five layers of fluffy, soft-as-a-cloud vanilla sponge, smothered in Madagascan vanilla buttercream and handmade raspberry jam. Each level of buttercream is naturally coloured with our rainbow pallet of pastel pink, blue, purple, orange and lemon-yellow. To top it all off we have a medley of hundreds and thousands, cheerful confetti and delicious white chocolate baubles.

Shelf Life & Storage
Short shelf life (3 days)
If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge overnight to keep cool and fresh.
When you're ready to tuck in, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature; this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double cream-like texture, you know it's ready to eat! If you do not allow the cake to return to room temperature the sponge and buttercream will be hard and the flavours may be dulled.

Your cake will arrive in one of our cake boxes, the sizes of these vary. The cake boxes are measured Width x Depth x Height.
This cake does not include or arrive in our cutter and squidge embossed tin.
