Cosy season is in full swing, and our S’mores Cake is the perfect sharing dessert for those snug autumn evenings, as well as being a great Halloween cake this year! Packed with flavour; two rich, chocolate sponges are sandwiched together with light, marshmallow fluff and slathered in a thick layer of creamy, chocolate ganache, complete with a gold chocolate crumble to make our s'mores cake that bit more special.
Here’s the fun bit - we’re sending 3 x duo packs of graham cracker style biscuits with every order, for some serious cake dunking fun! Simply follow these steps:
1. Remove plastic wrap and place your s'mores cake onto a heat proof plate.
2. Pop in the microwave on medium heat for 3 minutes, rest for 1 minute, then pop back in for 2 more minutes.
3. Remove from the microwave and leave to stand for 3 minutes.
4. Remove the collar from your s'mores cake, let the ganache run wild and begin scooping up the warm, molten cake with your biscuits.

Shelf Life & Storage
Short shelf life (7 days)
If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge overnight to keep cool and fresh.
When you're ready to tuck in, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature; this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double cream-like texture, you know it's ready to eat! If you do not allow the cake to return to room temperature the sponge and buttercream will be hard and the flavours may be dulled.
