Shelf Life & Storage
Our handcrafted cakes will stay at their best for up to 5 days. If you're not serving your cake straight away, make sure to store in the fridge in it's protective bag or an airtight container. To enjoy our cakes at their best flavour and texture, we recommend the following cake care; before serving, remove both your cake's white and clear collar as soon as it's taken out of the fridge, then let it come to room temperature for 3-4 hours - make sure it's not left in a space that's too warm! Once the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double-cream-like texture, it’s ready to eat!
How your cake arrives
Your cake will arrive in one of our cake boxes - Dimensions: 235 x 215 x 217. The box will contain ice packs to keep the cake cool and fresh.
This cake does not include or arrive in our cutter and squidge embossed tin.
