Our range of Diwali gift hampers are built around the treats people actually want to share, and each one does a different job:
The Diwali Snacking Hamper is the one for variety: Spiced Tomato Chutney, Bombay Masala Cookie Bites, Carrot Cake Halwa Cookie Bites, Bombay Sweet Chilli Howdah Crisps, and our egg-less Artisan Brownie Collection in Mango & White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate & Cardamom, Saffron & Coconut and Rose & Vanilla.
The Diwali Family Hamper is built for a table full of people, pairing a medium Diwali Gulab Jamun Cake with Chocolate and Orange Popcorn, Caramelised Sesame Peanuts, Monsoon Hill Masala Chai Wild Tea, Bombay Masala Savoury Bites and Bombay Sweet Chilli Howdah Crisps.
The Diwali Luxury Hamper is the most generous: the full egg-less brownie box, a Diwali Gulab Jamun Cake, Monsoon Hills Masala Chai Wild Tea, a hand-painted Pretty Tiffin Pot of Ginger Popcorn and a limited edition velvet woods and amber celebration candle. It also has the Bombay Sweet Chilli Howdah Crisps, Carrot Cake Halwa Cookie Bites and Bombay Masala Bites for you to enjoy.
We don’t split the range into Diwali sweet hampers and Diwali chocolate hampers, because each one mixes sweet, chocolate and savoury together. All three are vegetarian, and you can see the full allergen information on each of the product pages.
Our hampers for Diwali aren’t bought in and rebranded. The brownies, cakes and cookie bites are baked in our own kitchen with natural, premium ingredients, and each Diwali hamper is designed as a whole: colours that suit the festival and formats that are easy to pass round. That’s why our Diwali gifting hampers pair the cake with popcorn, crisps and bite-sized brownies, rather than resting the whole thing on one centrepiece.
The fresh items in our gift hampers for Diwali - such as the cakes and Diwali brownies - have a short shelf life of up to seven days and should be kept refrigerated; everything else keeps in a cool, dry place.
The festival falls on 8 November in 2026, and hampers sell out, so it’s worth ordering early. Diwali hamper delivery is handled by DPD on a nominated date, with next day delivery if you order by 4pm Monday to Friday, and DPD standard delivery is free on orders over £50. We send Diwali gift hampers UK-wide, with smaller letterbox items going by Royal Mail one to three working days from the date you choose. Inside the M25 a premium courier adds timed and same-day slots, so Diwali hampers in London can arrive on the day itself. Our delivery options page has the full detail if you want to find out more.
Sending more than one is straightforward: whether it’s corporate Diwali hampers for a team or one for each side of the family, you can send to multiple addresses in a single checkout, each with its own delivery date and gift note.
Our Diwali food hampers mix both sweet and savoury treats. Depending on which one you choose, you can enjoy: egg-less brownies in flavours like mango & white chocolate and saffron & coconut, Gulab Jamun Cake, Carrot Cake Halwa Cookie Bites, Bombay Sweet Chilli Howdah Crisps, chutney, popcorn and masala chai. Every Diwali food hamper arrives boxed, ready to hand over or open.
Yes. Diwali gift hampers work well as gifts because they’re built to be shared: most of what’s inside is bite-sized or pass-round, which goes further across a table than a single item. A Diwali gift hamper also posts well, which matters if you’re sending it rather than handing it over.
In the UK the two terms mean the same thing: a gift hamper for Diwali and a Diwali gift basket are the same purchase. The only real difference is the packaging, and ours arrive as Diwali hamper boxes rather than open wicker baskets, which protects the contents in transit. If Diwali gift baskets are what you have in mind, this collection is it.
Early. Demand peaks in the fortnight before, and our luxury Diwali hampers usually go quickly, so ordering ahead means choosing your hamper and your delivery date rather than taking what’s left.
Cutter & Squidge is a sister-run London bakery with a cafe in Soho, and the treats inside our Diwali food hampers are made by the same team that makes our celebration cakes. That’s the practical difference: we’re not packing a gift basket with other people’s products, we’re baking most of what goes in.
If a full hamper is more than you need, our Diwali cakes and Diwali sweet boxes and treats are sold separately, and the wider Diwali gift range also includes beautiful Diwali jewellery and smaller presents.
