Sponge: sultanas, apricots, mixed orange and lemon peel: orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, citric acid, potassium sorbate; cranberries, dates, pecan (NUT), apple juice, butter (MILK), WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), sugar, veg oil, golden syrup, egg (EGG), mixed spice: ground coriander, ground cloves, ground pimento, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, ground ginger; salt, baking powder; icing sugar, aquafaba, glycerin; Rose Petals, Glazed Cherries: cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, fruit & vegetable juices (blackcurrant juice, apple juice, safflower), potassium sorbate; Freeze Dried Cherries;  Freeze Dried Cranberries; Freeze Dried Blackberries; Freeze Dried Raspberry, Candied Orange: orange slices, sucrose, fructose, dextrose, maltose, potassium sorbate, citric acid, sugar water; gold.

Short shelf life (7 days)

If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge overnight to keep cool and fresh.

When you're ready to tuck in, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature; this may take approximately 3-4 hours but will depend on the temperature of your room. As soon as the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double cream-like texture, you know it's ready to eat! If you do not allow the cake to return to room temperature the sponge and buttercream will be hard and the flavours may be dulled.

Delivery starts from £6.99. We offer timeslots at the checkout for different prices depending on your area.

You can order your freshly made cakes and biskies up to 60 days ahead, and as little as ordering by 4pm the day before for next day delivery*. We make your products fresh to order with all natural ingredients in our London bakery. Cake collection is still not available at present.

*During busy periods we may not be able to take orders for next day, please check our calendar picker for dates

We deliver to the Mainland UK only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, as well HS, KW, ZE postcodes. Shipping cost is added at the checkout.

We are able to deliver to schools, please ensure you select an appropriate delivery time slot that accommodates the schools opening times. We currently are unable to deliver to hospitals.

*We use DPD and ParcelForce overnight service for nationwide shipping. We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered due to incorrect delivery information being entered at the checkout, if the recipient isn't home, or if your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own.
