Natural yoghurt (MILK), sugar, plain flour(WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin , iron, thiamin), rapeseed oil, strawberry puree(strawberry 85.0%, sugar, natural flavouirng, purple carrot concentrate, unsalted butter(MILK), condensed MILK(MILK, sugar), icing sugar, whole MILK powder(MILK and Lactose), PISTACHIO kernel, cornflour(maize starch), slivered PISTACHIO, baking powder (raising agents: disodium disphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; carrier: WHEAT flour), water, rice vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, pectin powder, fine sea salt, ground cardamom, glucose syrup, edible rose petals, glycerine, green colour(turmeric, spirulina, water, sucrose syrup, maltodextrin and citric acid), citric acid, vanilla pods, edible silver leaf.
Shelf Life & Storage
Our handcrafted cakes will stay at their best for up to 5 days. If you're not serving your cake straight away, make sure to store in the fridge in it's protective bag or an airtight container. To enjoy our cakes at their best flavour and texture, we recommend the following cake care; before serving, remove both your cake's white and clear collar as soon as it's taken out of the fridge, then let it come to room temperature for 3-4 hours - make sure it's not left in a space that's too warm! Once the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double-cream-like texture, it’s ready to eat!
How your cake arrives
Your cake will arrive in one of our cake boxes - Dimensions: 235 x 215 x 217. The box will contain ice packs to keep the cake cool and fresh.
If you have ordered a personalised disc, to protect the disc, it will be packed separately in a protective wrapper for you to unwrap and place on the cake yourself.
This cake does not include or arrive in our cutter and squidge embossed tin.
