Natural yoghurt (MILK, live cultures), sugar, flour [WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine)], rapeseed oil, butter (MILK), strawberry puree (5%) [strawberry (85%), sugar, natural flavouring, purple carrot concentrate juice], sweetened condensed MILK (MILK, granulated sugar), icing sugar, whole MILK powder (whole MILK, lactose), whole PISTACHIO (NUTS) (2%), cornflour, slivered PISTACHIO (NUTS) (1%), baking powder [raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; carrier: WHEAT flour], freeze dried strawberry (strawberry 100%), water, rice vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, pectin powder, salt, ground cardamom, dried red rose petals, silver flakes, glucose syrup, glycerine, green colour [turmeric, spirulina, sucrose syrup, water, maltodextrin and citric acid citric acid], vanilla pods: vanilla beans.
Shelf Life & Storage
Our handcrafted cakes will stay at their best for up to 5 days. If you're not serving your cake straight away, make sure to store in the fridge in it's protective bag or an airtight container. To enjoy our cakes at their best flavour and texture, we recommend the following cake care; before serving, remove both your cake's white and clear collar as soon as it's taken out of the fridge, then let it come to room temperature for 3-4 hours - make sure it's not left in a space that's too warm! Once the buttercream has a soft, whipped, double-cream-like texture, it’s ready to eat!
How your cake arrives
Your cake will arrive in one of our cake boxes - Dimensions: 235 x 215 x 217. The box will contain ice packs to keep the cake cool and fresh.
If you have ordered a personalised disc, to protect the disc, it will be packed separately in a protective wrapper for you to unwrap and place on the cake yourself.
This cake does not include or arrive in our cutter and squidge embossed tin.
