Dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), unsalted butter (MILK), condensed MILK (MILK, sugar), sugar, cream nocciola (sugar, vegetable fat [palm, sunflower, shea, rapeseed], HAZELNUTS, fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavouring), plain flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), double cream (MILK), concentrated apple juice, whole roasted HAZELNUTS, oat milk (water, oats, salt, amylase), rapeseed oil, water, cocoa powder (alkalised cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate), glucose syrup, lemon fruit purée (lemon juice and flesh 86.9%, sugar), fine sea salt, baking powder (raising agent: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; carrier: WHEAT flour), bicarbonate of soda, glycerine, vanilla pods.
Storage
Shelf Life (up to 7 days)
If you are not serving your cake straight away, make sure to store it in the fridge in its protective bag or an airtight container.
To display and enjoy our cakes at their best flavour and texture we recommend the following cake care; remove both the white and clear collars whilst your cake is still cold (ideally as soon as it is taken out of the fridge), then allow your cake to come to room temperature for 3-4 hours (but please make sure it's not left in a space that is too warm !) This may take a shorter or longer time depending on the temperature of your room.
Once the buttercream has a soft, whipped double cream like texture your cake is ready to eat!
If you don’t let your cake return to room temperature, the sponge will seem dry and the buttercream will be hard and flavours dulled.
