Yes, we have finally veganised our bestselling Dream Cake! This stunningly fruity cake has layers of vegan vanilla sponge, filled with beautiful blueberry buttercream, paired with tangy lemon buttercream.
Smooth, creamy vanilla custard balances all the fruity zing, and then we add the final touches of handmade blueberry jam and a salty digestive crumb. Mmm!
We then top it with a crown of petals, candied lemon and fruits. So fresh!
