It’s Christmas Veganuary and our favourite cake is back!
Okay we confess, our plant-based E-commerce Manager, Erin, pleaded to have our Vegan Christmas Gingerbread cake on for January. And with those ratings, we knew you wouldn't mind having a little longer to tuck into our new(ish) Spiced Toffee Cake.
This delicious cake has two light sponges, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, sandwiched together with a decadent golden syrup vegan buttercream and a layer of indulgent biscoff spread. Topped off with a sticky toffee glaze, sliced cranberries, sweet candied orange, crushed pistachios, and cherries!
