Emily & I both agree, Autumn is the best season. The leaves get crunchier, the house gets cosier and the food gets sweeter and to kick this magical season off we celebrated our 10th birthday! A decade of deliciousness, and we couldn’t have done it without your support. To mark the milestone we launched a special birthday collection and you all went wild for it - it’s been crazy. From giant biskies to towers of brownies, the range was pretty epic but the BIG birthday slice definitely took the crown! 10 layers of sponge and 10 layers of filling - what’s not to love? We’re wondering whether to extend our birthday collection for a little while longer, what do you think?
To keep the party vibes going, we also hosted a big birthday bash in our Soho cafe. It was lovely celebrating with so many old friends and loyal squidgies, our cake-loving community really means the world to us. Of course, there was a lot of cake tasting… but we also did phone charm making (so cute!). We really had a blast and, all in all, we’d say it’s been a pretty tasty ten years!
Back in Annabel’s kitchen, we created the perfect sweet treat to whip up with the little ones after school. We were kindly sent some of our favourite Islands Chocolate buttons to dip biscuits into, making an indulgent coating ready for sprinkles galore! Can you believe Christmas is only 3 months away? As the advent calendars launched around, we hosted a sneak peak of our fabulous festive range in Soho for some friends of the brand and a few lucky Instagram followers - and everyone’s reactions were full of festive cheer! The elves have been working hard on this one…
With lots of tasty things coming up for Diwali, Halloween and everything in between, we can’t wait to see what October brings. The Diwali collection is coming your way very soon and is packed with flavours to bring light, joy and plenty of smiles. That’s all we can say for now, but watch this space, squidgies…
