Shelf Life & Storage
Short shelf life (up to 7 days)
Please keep refrigerated to maintain freshness. If you are not serving your cake straight away, make sure to store it in an airtight container.
To enjoy your cake bar at its best flavour and texture we recommend the following cake care; remove from the fridge leaving the cake bar in its paper and leave to come up to room temp for 1-2 hours (but please make sure it's not left in a space that is too warm !) This may take a shorter or longer time depending on the temperature of your room.
If you don’t let your cake return to room temperature, the sponge will seem dry and ganache will be hard and flavours dulled.
