To celebrate a decade of decadence, we’ve created a squidge-licious big cake slice - a masterpiece that every birthday celebration needs! A HUGE cake slice featuring 10 colourful layers for 10 years (how poetic), we are serving this whopper by the BIG SLICE, which is enough birthday cake to serve the special star and a hungry guest (or two!).
The 10 layers of sponge, 10 layers fillings (from top to bottom) are:

We’ve coated this whopper of a slice in a decadent white chocolate ganache, unlike buttercream, the texture of ganache is thick, firm and best served at room temperature.
How to devour me?
You’ll receive your large individual cake slice chilled and perfectly packaged in our signature gift boxes. As the days get colder, your slice may take a few hours at room temperature to soften so we recommend leaving it out of the fridge for at least 2 hours before digging in. Alternatively, if you can’t wait any longer, try popping your slice in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. The cake is ready to eat when the icing and sponge are wonderfully soft and your fork glides through the slice! Question is, how will you eat yours? Layer by layer, or all at once…
