Vegan lovers, treat yourselves this February 14th. We have upgraded our best-selling oreo cheesecake bar for Valentine's Day so it is bigger and even dreamier than before. Officially it is for two people to share, but to be honest, it can be devoured by just one hungry vegan (...me) and non vegans alike.
All the good things mixed up in one cheesecake bar! We have a crushed Oreo* biscuit base, with a creamy vanilla cheesecake centre, which we finish by pouring over a smooth, rich chocolate ganache, and top with snapped oreos and sprinkles.
