We’re here to make sure you never run out of your favourite treats again! Our new subscription service allows you to choose your own delivery schedule and save up to 10% on every recurring order.

"Cutter and Squidge" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service and that you agree to a minimum of 3 orders. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime* by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

 

*You will be charged for the first three orders.

FAQs

How do I view and manage my subscriptions?

Managing your subscriptions is super easy! Simply log into your account, and click My Subscriptions.

 

Don't have an account? No problem! Go to the log in page and click on the "Click here" under Need help Accessing your Subscriptions? You will then receive an email with steps on how to set up an account to access and manage your subscriptions.

 

In your account page, click on My Subscriptions. Here you will be able to manage active subscriptions, see your. upcoming deliveries, purchase history, manage your shipping address & payment methods and more!

 

If you click Subscriptions, you should see all your active subscriptions. Here you can edit, skip, and more!

Can I cancel my subscription?

In your account page, click on My Subscriptions and then click on Subscriptions. Here you should see all your active subscriptions. Click on the one you wish to cancel, and a new page will open. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click Cancel Subscription.

 

Please note you will be charged for the first three orders, but after that you can cancel at anytime!

How do I change how often I receive my order?

In your account page, click on My Subscriptions and then click on Subscriptions. Here you should see all your active subscriptions. Click on the one you wish to edit, and a new page will open.

 

Here you will see a dropdown for Order Frequency, click on this to change how often you wish to receive your treats.

Can I postpone a delivery without cancelling the whole subscription?

In your account page, click on My Subscriptions and then click on Subscriptions. Here you should see all your active subscriptions. Click on the one you wish to skip, and a new page will open. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click Skip this order.

 

Please note if we have already charged you for your next delivery, you will not be able to skip.

When will I receive my delivery?

You choose your frequency on how often you want to receive a delivery! Your future deliveries will be calculated off the first delivery date you choose and will always be delivered on the same day of the week.

 

So for example, if you choose the first delivery on Monday 1st of August, with a frequency of every 2 weeks, your next deliveries will be on Monday 15th August, Monday 29th August, Monday 12th September, and so on.

When will my card be charged? 

The day your card will be charged is the same increments of your delivery frequency from the first day you order your subscription.

 

So for example, if you choose the first delivery on Monday 1st of August, with a frequency of every 2 weeks, and you placed this order a week before on the 25th July, you will be charged every 2 weeks from this day.

Can I use discount codes on subscriptions?

Unless the code specifics it is applicable for subscriptions, our codes are not valid on subscriptions. You are however already making a saving automatically for every order in your subscription!

How can I update my payment method?

In your account page, click on My Subscriptions and then click on Payment Methods. Here you will see your list of payment methods. You can edit by clicking on the payment method and clicking Edit Payment Method, and then Send update email. You will receive an email within 10 minutes with instructions on how to update your payment details.

 

You can also click Move Subscriptions if you need to move multiple orders over to another payment method.

 

Please note as this is sensitive information, we are unable to do this for you.

When does my subscription stop?

Your subscription keeps rolling until you cancel! Whether it's 6 months later or 3 years, you can keep it going for as long or as little as you like.

 

Please note you will be charged for a minimum of 3 orders, and after that you can cancel whenever you like

We know you love our brownies (we can't resist them either!), but we also know you love good service and we don't think our subscription service is working as hard as it can right now. Therefore we are going to pause our subscriptions while we have a think about how we can make it better for you.

 

When Will It Be Back?


We don't have any dates yet, but we promise you will be the first to know when we do.
